absolute fitness – The Body Transformation Experts offer Personal Fitness Coaching with our clients either from within our own Private Training Studio based in Hyde, Manchester or from our clients’ own home across the whole of the North West. We cover the whole of the Cheshire and Manchester area.

Personal Fitness Coaching Base Rates:
1hr Personal Fitness Coaching = from £50
1hr Partner Fitness Coaching = from £60
We offer discounted Personal Fitness Coaching packages on a monthly renewal ‘Tierd’ system. You can subscribe to our Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Tier Service below.

Bronze entitles you to 4 x 1hr Training Sessions per individual Month

Silver entitles you to 8 x 1hr Training Sessions per individual Month

Gold entitles you to 12 x 1hr Training Sessions per individual Month

Platinum entitles you to Unlimited Training Sessions for as long as you request per individual Month
We request a minimal 3 Month commitment in order for you to really see and feel the full benefits training with an absolute fitness Body Transformation Expert can do for you. This shows commitment and accountability from both parties. After the initial 3 month commitment, the service will be on a monthly renewal process.
