Several years ago, before fitness became a big business, the pursuit of health was not so confusing. But now, with everyone swearing by their special program, it is not so easy. One person tells you about a great new diet, while another quotes the latest celebrity video. And still another drags you to a health club that promises immediate results with magical new equipment and technology.

Unfortunately, however, these programs often place you into their plan without paying too much attention to your needs and desires. Their solution might even work for a short while – until you get bored, dissatisfied, or injured.

Personal Fitness Training gives you an alternative to this mass market approach to fitness. We will provide you with a physiologically and scientifically sound absolute fitness program that is specifically tailored to your needs, not just as they are now, but as they develop.

The program will be a comprehensive lifestyle plan, and will include instruction in resistance training, flexibility, nutrition, and cardiovascular conditioning. You will learn correct exercise technique and the reasons why each exercise is important. Rather than a flurry of mindless activity that gets you little more than sweaty, you will get a program that provides the maximum return for the goals that you set for yourself.

absolute fitness will give you the results that go further than the cosmetic. You will get the glow that comes from increased energy and a heightened state of health and fitness. If you spend the appropriate amount of time training, you will also obtain the proper ratio of body fat to lean muscle tissue, which is a key measurement of health. Tell us how you feel, and ask whatever questions you have. This is your personal fitness training program and can only work if you are actively involved.

To become fit, you should schedule at least 1-2 training sessions with us per week. You should also aim to do 2-3 workouts a week on your own. We will map these workouts out together, so that you feel comfortable completing them on your own. After four to six weeks, you should start to see results.

To sharpen the edge you get from efficient training, we will also periodically reevaluate your program. This constant supervision, guidance and adjustment is an essential element of responsible fitness training.
