Instructor – Liz

Hi, I’m Liz Openshaw and I’ve been taking part in Zumba classes for nearly 3 years. I took the Zumba Instructor course early in the year and I’ve now been licensed to teach Zumba since January 2010 and I LOVE IT!

Every class has a real party atmosphere. Zumba classes are ever growing in popularity, and most classes are really well attended. So if you would like to join people interested in the same thing as you, and take part in the latest dance and fitness craze to hit the UK, then come and join me and you’ll see what I mean. You don’t even have to know how to dance – you just follow my lead and learn the moves.

I have a full range of age groups in my classes (from 18 to 60+) and everyone has a great time!
