What Is ZUMBA?

Zumba is a Latin inspired dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements.

You don’t have to know how to dance to take part in a Zumba class but dancers, long term exercisers and those new to exercise alike can enjoy the music, the changes of pace and the party atmosphere.
