What is an absolute FitnessCamp?

An absolute FitnessCamp is a means of quickly enhancing your current lifestyle and achieving real results, really quick. Our Boot Camp Team Members notice significant changes in their fitness and the shape of their body along with a more positive attitude and self confidence.

absolute fitness Body Transformation Boot Camps are perfect for shedding unwanted inches and melting away that stubborn fat that just wont go away! Monthly, our ‘new’ members drop a whole dress/clothes size, raise fitness efficiency, lower body fat percentage, and or increase strength and muscle mass.

The Boot Camps are group fitness training orientated allowing you to exercise with like minded individuals, developing strong networks and friends. This style of training greatly enhances the motivation drawn from the your exercise routine, and provides an element of accountability for not only your own, but other fellow campers’ results and fitness gains.

Most of our Boot Camps are held outdoors (a few remain inside all year), but we have the luxury to be able to take them indoors during the Winter Months.

Our Camps are currently located in: Hyde, Ashton, Woodley, Glossop, Gatley with others in the pipelines…

Because a FitnessCamp is group orientated, participants are able to work with the strengths of every member of

the group.  It is an excellent way to build self-confidence. If you are NOT an Action Taker, or if you like to moan a lot, then the Boot Camps may NOT be your answer!

What Should I Expect When I Participate in a FitnessCamp?

Again, this will vary depending on the kind of FitnessCamp you take, and the effort you put in, however, the following are standard:

    1. There is little time to rest during a FitnessCamp; it is an intense session designed to get the best results out of every participant within a given 45 minutes
    2. Session times do not deviate.  A high level of commitment and integrity is necessary to complete a FitnessCamp
    3. There are no individuals in a FitnessCamp.  There is only the group.  The results of the individual are always achieved as a function of your participation in the group.
    4. When you make a promise to yourself or give your word, it is a function of whom you are.  Every participant is held accountable for keeping their commitments to themselves and to the group independent of environmental circumstances or variables.
    5. Sessions are designed as described above to achieve real results, really quick, however, we do this through safe, effective training with an emphasis on enjoyment – all our sessions are different to ensure a fun element, we never repeat the same workout.
