Richard is a dedicated and enthusiastic fitness professional, committed to helping people achieve their exercise and health goals.

He has a wealth of experience in supporting people through their health & fitness journey through one-to-one and group Richard Marshtraining sessions. He has mangaged absolute fitness for over 10 years, developing an experienced team of trainers and opening up his own private training facility in East Manchester.

Richard is an ex-International Modern Pentathlete. He spent numerous years competing in National and International Tetrathlons and Pentathlons (shooting, swimming, running, horse riding and fencing) as well as competing in many 3-day events with horses. Now, Richard enjoys participating in events like triathlons, road running and golf to name but a few.

Richard now enjoys helping individuals shed unwanted stubborn fat and improve fitness levels with his unrivalled fitness & fat loss solution. He gets a real sense of achievement when working with people ‘new’ to exercise as well as those needing to really take their game to another level. Success is seen and felt when helping someone accomplish their own personal challenges, whether it is to lose weight, stay healthy or complete the London Marathon!

Richard has appeared several times as a guest presenter on the Sky ‘Wellbeing’ channel, discussing topics on marathon running, and other general fitness issues, as well as being featured several times on BBC and local radio stations to discuss general health related topics.

Richard currently tutors around the UK on various fitness disciplines working with fitness professionals in workshops, seminars and training courses. He was also the International Master Trainer for SHOKK Ltd. The Youth Activity People. This role involved Richard travelling the world to present and tutor other fitness professionals in the area of youth fitness and activity.
